Application Process

Pet Shop Operator's, as defined by the Illinois Animal* Welfare Act, where "animal" shall mean a dog (canis familiaris) or cat (felis catus), require a Pet Shop Operator's License. License fees are $150 per year.

All Pet Shop Operator's License Applications are required to be reviewed and approved by the Village Board of Trustees.
