OP311 is a non-emergency system to report Village concerns such as pot holes or code violations. To report a concern online, please use the OP311 Portal.

Creating Online Requests Notes

The only request types that are able to be entered anonymously are code enforcement related. All other request types require registration.

Register for an OP311 Account

 Registration allows a resident to be able to view all of their submitted requests and to receive updates about their request via email. To register, open the OP311 Portal and click on the Login button.

Within the Login screen, click on the Register button and fill out the requested information.

*Please note, when searching for an address, you may have to enter in directional information (example: 14700 S. Ravinia instead of 14700 Ravinia).
