How to Submit an Application for Permit

All permits and plans are now to be submitted electronically through the portal

Please Note All Permit submittals must include ALL necessary information or they will be rejected

If an application is rejected due lack of necessary information, ALL documents must be included together with a re-submittal

1. Select the type of permit by searching the list below; you must supply all required documents.
2. Complete and save all fillable PDFs. Hand written applications are not accepted.
3. Click here or the button below to complete the application, upload all permit-related applications and plans as required by the submittal.    
4. If you are performing any of the work as the homeowner, you must also include the "Homeowner Affidavit" and a copy of the front of your driver's license.
