Available Hours

• Pick ups will begin at 8:00 a.m. with the last drop off at 2:30 p.m.
• If a driver is not available, the bus will not be available.

48 Hour Hour Notice
Disabled residents requiring medical trips (including doctor appointments, physical therapy and dialysis).

24 Hour Notice
Basic trip requests for disabled residents.

Same Day Request
Same day requests will be taken dependent on availability.

Registration

Transportation service is only provided for disabled residents of the village. Pre-registration is required by completing a registration form and providing one of the following forms of disabled identification:

• ADA Paratransit Card
• Handicapped placard or State of Illinois Disabled Persons ID

Complete the required registration form and e-mail it to publicworks@orlandpark.org or deliver in person or U.S. mail to:

Guidelines

• Pick up and drop off must be within the corporate limits of the Village of Orland Park.
• Service is not provided to / from work.
• $4 per one way trip ($8 round trip).
