Splash Pool Party

• Available 7 days a week from June 2 to August 11. (No parties available July 4). 
• Party time slots are 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.
• Splash parties can accommodate a maximum of 25 guests. 
• Make your reservations now at the Sportsplex registration office. No reservations will be taken at the pool.
  

  Splash Parties include:

• Admission to pool for 12 guests (including those not swimming). 
• 1.5 hours of reserved seating in one of our pavilions. 
• Party staff host to assist with food and beverages during the 1st hour of the party.
• Food Choice: A slice of pizza or a hotdog & chips per guest (may be a combination of pizza/hotdog option for total order).
• All paid guests will receive a souvenir cup.
• FEES: 12 Guests - resident $225 | non-resident $385. Additional guests - resident $15 | non-resident $28
• Fee applies to adults & non-swimmers attending the party.

Rent a Pavilion at the Pool

• Must book at least 3 days in advance. Reservations must be made at the Sportsplex registration office. No reservations will be taken at the pool.
• Pavilions are reserved in 2-hour increments from June 2 – September 1. No rentals on July 4.
• Daily admission fees apply to all pavilion rental guests.
• If pre-paying for guest admissions, a guest list must be provided prior to the start of the rental. Guest lists can be emailed to CPACrentals@orlandpark.org or given to the cashier staff. Anyone not included on the guest list will be required to pay the daily admission rate.

The Franklin Loebe Center has two party rooms that can be rented for small events. Though intimate in size, our party rooms are surprisingly spacious, comfortably accommodating up to 36 guests (Room 109) and up to 54 guest (Room 107). Whether you're hosting a birthday bash, a baby shower or a small corporate event, our rooms offer flexibility to suit your needs.  Please note, this facility is alcohol free. 

Looking for a room to host a small meeting?  We have a meeting room available to rent (Room 100).  This room may be set up with a head table and up to 25 audience chairs or with tables accommodating 24.

History Birthday Parties

Looking for a place to have a one-of-a-kind birthday party? Have your next special day at one of the Village's historic sites! Choose one of the themes below geared toward your child's age and historic interests. Parties are 2 hours in duration and include themed crafts and games. Tables, chairs and nylon tablecloths will be provided. Party host may supply alternative table clothes and decorations if desired. Other types of tablecloths and decorations can be brought in , if desired. Time for cake and opening gifts will be allotted. Parties are tailored for children ages 7 & up. STELLWAGEN FARM

Themes: American Girl, Art Detective or Historic Games. 

• For ages 7and up
• Parties are two-hour timeslots between 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
• Parties offered Saturdays in May-October, as this site is weather dependent

A variety of party packages are available to celebrate birthdays, end of a sports season, a scouting event or any special occasion. Sportsplex parties are for ages 5 years and older. Nerf gun parties are for ages 8 years and up. You provide refreshments, cake, paper products and party favors. The Recreation & Parks Department will provide two party hosts, a party area and the fun! Reservations and payment for your party may be completed in person at the Sportsplex registration office. Advance notice of 10 business days is required for all party bookings or changes. Full payment is required at the time of the reservation.

Fees are set to include up to 20 participants and based on the residence of the birthday child. A $5 fee is added per additional participant (only available for gym & field parties - 25 guests maximum). Rock Wall and Nerf parties are limited to 20 guests - No exceptions. Please limit party attendance to adult hosts & participants.
