The Engineering Programs and Services (EPS) Department oversees the design, construction, and inspections of Village's engineering, transportation, grant applications, and infrastructure programs including water, stormwater, sewer, utilities, and telecommunication services.

EPS enhances health, safety, transportation and welfare in the Village by providing economical, responsive, and effective professional engineering services. The Department employs qualified and competent professionals, cultivates an innovative and collaborative work environment, and strives for continuous improvement.
