Regulations

The Building Division of the Development Services Department is responsible for the plan review process for all fire protection permits for properties within the village's jurisdiction serviced by the Orland Park Fire Protection District, the Mokena Fire Protection District, and the Palos Fire Protection District. Three sets of plans are required for plan review.

Inspections

The Building Division works closely with each fire protection district. Inspections will be performed by the responsible fire protection district. A minimum of 48 business hours notice is required for all fire inspections.
