Regulations

Per Land Development Code Section 6-304-C.5, house/estate, apartment, garage, and yard sales are permitted in any residential district, provided that:

• Such sale is limited to the personal possessions of the owner-occupants of the dwelling unit and their neighbors.
• The house, estate, apartment, garage, and yard sales are not to exceed a consecutive three-day period.
• No residence shall conduct more than three such sales in a 12-month period.

No permit is required.
