Multi-Family & Commercial - New / Repair / Replacement

Permit Application Requirements: A permit is required for all flatwork, including but not limited to parking lots, driveways, patios.

Needed to apply for permit:

  • Completed permit application
  • Plat of survey showing location of work with dimensions
  • Aerial view showing current and layout and proposed changes
  • Aerial view showing all current striping and proposed changes
  • Contract signed by property owner, listing work to be done and cost of work
  • Permit fee TBD depending on scope of work
  • Zoning Permit Application

You will be required to draw on a copy of the plat, the shape, dimensions, and placement of the work that you are doing. Any striping changes must be noted.

Minimum 2" stone base is required. Minimum 2.5" thickness.

Applications

Minimum of 2 Inspections Required

A pre-pour inspection of the base and forms is required. A final inspection is required once the work has been completed. A 24-hour notice is required for all inspections. View the concrete inspection request form.
