All signs must comply with Section 6-307 of the Land Development Code. 

All signs, except for those expressly listed in Section 6-307.D.1.a require a permit from the Development Services Department. 

All sign permits require written landlord approval.

Permit Fees: Permanent sign fees are $9 per linear foot of perimeter (minimum $90.)
