Application Requirements

The following is needed to apply for permit:

Completed permit application Residential / Multi-Family/Commercial
Completed Exterior Window and Door Replacement - Rules and Regulations
Contractor's information
The total cost of work
The permit fee is $75 for Residential, fees start at $90 for Multi-Family/Commercial.

A permit is required to replace windows and/or exterior doors. A permit is not needed to replace a storm door (aka screen door).

Inspection Required (1)

A final inspection will be required upon completion of the work. Please submit an inspection request. Inspection requests are not taken over the phone.
