Warming House & Skate Rentals

• Skaters may skate for free with their own skates from dawn until the warming house closes. 
• Skate Rentals $3 per person available during warming house hours.
• FREE Skate aides/walkers are available for use at the rink any time the warming house is open. First come, first serve.

• January 1: 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.
• January 2-5: 12 p.m. - 8 p.m.

*Warming House and Ice Rink are subject to close during severe weather conditions and/or due to low attendance.

Ice Skating and Shelter Rules

For your child's safety, we recommend children age 8 and under wear helmets. Helmets are free of charge in the warming house.

• Children 9 years of age and under must have adult supervision.
• No one is allowed on the ice while resurfacing is in progress.
• For safety, no one is allowed on the ice without ice skates.
• Figure skating spins and techniques will only be permitted when there are 30 or fewer skaters on the ice.
• Only ice skating is permitted on the ice rink. Hockey is not allowed at any time.
• Young skaters and beginners should remain inside blue circle.
• Please stay on the matting while wearing skates.
• Violation of these rules may result in dismissal from the park.
• Skaters with their own skates may use ice rink daily beginning at sunrise. Rink closes when warming house closes.
• Figure skates available in sizes Youth 8 to Adult 14
• Hockey skates available for rent in Adult sizes 7-14
• Renters must turn in a photo ID for equipment usage (Driver’s License or Recreation Department ID)
• FREE Skate aides/walkers are available for use at the rink any time the warming house is open. First come, first serve.

Rink Closing

The ice rink will be closed if more than one inch of snow accumulates on the ice and maintenance crews are not available for removal, or in the case of extreme temperatures. The rink will also be closed during resurfacing.

• Fridays, Saturday & Sunday: 3 p.m. - 6 p.m.
• December 26-28: 3 p.m.- 6 p.m.
• January 2-4: 3 p.m. - 6 p.m.
• January 8: 3 p.m.- 6 p.m.

Private Ice Rink Rental

Rent the rink for your private group on weekends. Rental time is 9:30-11:30a and includes up to 25 people. Call 708. 403.5000 to check availability and to book. Minimum 2 weeks advance notice required.
FEE:  Residents $150 / Non-residents $200 / Additional guests per person: Residents $5 / Non-residents $7
