In partnership with Michael and Kendall Schofield of the Schofield Family Foundation, the Village of Orland Park is excited to introduce a campaign to develop an all-inclusive playground that allows children of all abilities to play, learn, interact and grow.

Our Goal: To build a universally designed, sensory-rich play environment that enables children of all abilities to develop physically, socially, cognitively and emotionally together. A place where children can engage in just the right level of challenge, offering opportunities to succeed. A place that goes beyond minimum accessibility to create play experiences that meet a variety of needs and interests. At an inclusive playground, all children, regardless of ability can interact with each other and do what all kids want to do: play.
